FAQs

Q: What should an attendee do if they experience travel issues?
A: Please call the travel line (918) 200-9766.

Q: Are the sessions being live-streamed online?
A: No.

Q: At the receptions, can I purchase more drink tickets?
A: Each attendee is provided two drink tickets at Saturday’s reception, but are able to purchase additional drinks from the cash bars.

Q: I lost my name badge. Can I get a new one?
A: A new name badge can be obtained from the ACC HQ (Gallivan Office by the Info desk) during conference hours.

Q: Is there a lost and found?
A: ACC does not manage a lost and found for this event. Instead, lost items will be turned over to hotel management, so attendees should check with the front desk.

Q: An attendee has a major issue (injury, assault, etc. ) during the Summit. Who should they go to?
A: If there is an urgent emergency requiring police or medical attention, please call 9-1-1.
Madison Link Rees is the primary contact on-site should an attendee need assistance with a major issue.
Attendees can also stop by the ACC HQ (near the Info Desk in the Capitol Ballroom Foyer) during daytime hours for assistance.

Q: An attendee didn’t register for a Saturday adventure but wants to attend one.
A: IF there is an extra seat on the bus Saturday morning, they can join. They should be in the Lobby and ready to go right at 9:00 AM.

Q: Attendees want to trade Adventure tickets with each other. Can they?
A: Yes, as long as they hold onto their new ticket.

Q: What’s the bar/alcohol situation?
A: There will be alcohol served Saturday during the closing reception. Only those 21 and over may drink. Per state law, the hotel bar staff will check IDs of everyone who attempts to order a drink.
